It only seems fitting that on February 14th, St. Valentine’s Day, The Vancouver Sun’s Health Issues Reporter, Pamela Fayerman, chose to write about a heart doctor, and in doing so, shed public light on the dedication and hard work that Dr. Sanjiv Gandhi has brought to BC Children’s Hospital. Fayerman praises Dr. Gandhi by calling him “an injection of adrenalin for a surgical program that needed a champion for change”, but we here at FEST already knew that! Dr. Ghandi’s great strides in improving pediactric cardiac care is one of the reasons why we are so excited to have him present at the Public Forum on March 10th. Join us in the Versailles Ballroom at the Sutton Place Hotel to listen to Dr. Gandhi following Elaine Yong.
