Dr. Ryan Allen

Ryan Allen is an Assistant Professor of Environmental Health in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University, a position he has held since 2006. Dr. Allen received a BS in Physics from Denison University, and a Masters in Environmental Engineering and PhD in Environmental Health, both from the University of Washington in Seattle. His research interests are in the area of air pollution exposure assessment and epidemiology, with particular interests in the cardiovascular effects of air pollution and air quality and its public health impacts in Asia.
